If you own a business or self-employed you understand the process of filing and taxes and claiming income. Each year you will receive your 1040 tax return and if you are incorporated you can receive the business returns too. When we get to underwriting they will REQUIRE the TAX TRANSCRIPTS AND RECORD OF ACCOUNT
