Code of Ethics

Our codes of ethics is to treat people fairly and work to resolve any disagreements.

Nick Smith & Associates Inc. has developed a three-step process to aide in resolution of any issues.

  1. We ask that you contact our Service Team in McAllen and give them the details so that they can work with you on satisfying your concerns. You may do that by calling 956-329-2419.
  2. If Service is unable to resolve your concerns, you may forward your issues to our Local Affairs Coordinator in writing at:

If you do not reach satisfaction with the Local Affairs Coordinator, then you may ask that the matter be referred to a President of the independent contracted organization.
