Nick was rasied in McAllen, TX his whole life and graduated high school from Nikki Rowe HS. Nick attended UTSA for one semester. While living in San Antonio he realized College cost a lot but guaranteed nothing. Registering for his second semester he decided to drop out, and pursue full on the opportunity to grow, save, and develop himself more in Vector Marketing. Once his business was built large enough, where he had more time freedom. Nick decided to enroll and finish off his college degree at UTPA. Nick graduated with a bachelors in business administration in 2015, without any student debt, and paid his house off in full a few months after officially graduating.
Nick Smith is the founder of Team No Sleep & owner of the S-Corp Entity Nick Smith & Associates Inc. Nick started selling Cutco knives in 2009 while in his first year at UTSA. Just like most situations, his family thought he was a bit crazy to be selling knives for income, and Nick himself admits the thought of selling knives was a bit far end. However, the more educated he became on the process, and being surrounded by great mentorship, the more he realized the opportunity he had. The position instilled confidence, discipline, and promoted the act of maturity at a young age. Vector/Cutco encouraged Nick to become better at the job versus just quitting when it got tough. Nick realized the product was truly one of a kind. Cutco is American made, guaranteed, and a quality based product vs quantity based. Nick ran his first branch office in Amarillo, Texas in the summer of 2010. After the summer in 2010 Nick became the Sales Manager for the McAllen, TX office. In May 2013, Nick opened his second branch office in Weslaco, TX. The Weslaco office placed #1 in sales out of the entire company. Upon completion of the branch, he stayed open and in January 2014 incorporated to the entity we know today as Nick Smith & Associates Inc. From May 2013 - 2018 the team was able to sell well over $10,000,000 in Cutco sales. Becoming the fastest growing independent contracted District sales team in Vector Marketing.
Nick holds 4 state issued Insurance Licenses.

Nick is a part-owner with a small independent start up insurance agency.
with plans to open 2020 & based in South Texas.
Nick also holds his RMLO license with the NMLS.
Nick has completed, and passed all test / requirements for his Real Estate Agents license. He currently holds it inactive and not signed with any brokerage.
Nick also holds his Private Pilot License issued by the FAA. Nick worked to complete his private pilot license with the sole purpose of shortening commute time doing Cutco/Vector office visits within the division.
Nick holds all licenses to help aid himself and the team when investing in real estate. Being a big promoter of education, and constantly preaching ABL (Always Be Learning) we are excited to see the time, energy and cost incurred to gain his various professional licenses pay off for his team within Vector/Cutco.
Nick is a huge advocate for financial education, with plans to work hard within Vector Marketing for years to come.
Nick is focused on building the next generation of Sharp Hustlers in the industry.
